Katie Price has disclosed the identity of the British television personality she alleges sexually assaulted her. At the event “An Evening with Katie Price and Kerry Katona,” the former model surprised attendees by revealing the man’s name.
Currently embarking on a 38-date tour across the UK with her friend Kerry, Katie is delving into detailed accounts of their lives. Throughout the tour, both women have shared intimate confessions and startling revelations.
In a recent performance in Bradford, Katie disclosed that the assault occurred over two decades ago. Subsequently, she publicly named the individual during a show in Stockport this week, despite stating in 2009 and 2012 that she would not reveal his identity.
In 2012, Surrey Police announced they would not probe Katie’s claims of being raped by a fellow British celebrity due to lack of formal complaint or cooperation from Katie. The police emphasized their commitment to investigating sexual offenses with sensitivity and urged victims to come forward.
Katie had previously vowed not to disclose the perpetrator’s name, stating in 2017 that she had been assaulted by a celebrity but did not want to create drama or distress. She expressed uncertainty if the individual was aware of her public statements regarding the incident.
During a recent performance, Katie’s delayed arrival on stage resulted in Kerry starting the show alone. Technical issues caused a 30-minute delay, with Katie initially appearing via video. Upon her eventual arrival, Katie performed her song “I Got U” and cited her tardiness due to attending to her son, Harvey. Audience members noted minor technical glitches during the show.
The event concluded around 10:20 pm, after which fans with Meet and Greet tickets had the opportunity to interact with Katie and Kerry.
