“Tyrrell Hatton’s Masters Frustration and Redemption”

Professional golfer Tyrrell Hatton expressed his frustration with the course after facing an early setback in his final round at The Masters on Sunday. Hatton, who started the day at 4-under after a level par on Saturday and a stellar 66 on Friday, began positively with a birdie but then dropped a shot on the par-3 fourth hole.

His tee shot went slightly long, just off the green, setting up what should have been an easy two-putt. However, after missing his first attempt by about three feet, Hatton made a costly error with his putt hitting the lip, leading to his fourth attempt before finally holing out. The 34-year-old, known for occasional outbursts, visibly showed his frustration with head shakes and muttered words, culminating in a vocal expression of dismay.

Subsequently, golfer Wyndham Clark also had a similar mishap in the following group, resulting in an expletive-laden outburst. Despite these challenges, Hatton’s round showed improvement with an eagle on the seventh hole and a birdie on the eighth, which boosted his morale.

Meanwhile, fellow LIV Golf team member Jon Rahm encountered difficulties as well, suffering three bogeys on a firm Augusta National course he described as unprecedented in his experience. Reflecting on his performance, Rahm acknowledged the need for adjustments in preparation for future tournaments under similar conditions.

Hatton finished his final round at -10, taking the clubhouse lead as other competitors like Rory McIlroy and Justin Rose continued to play. Golf enthusiasts can catch The Masters starting on April 6 via Sky’s Ultimate TV and Sky Sports bundle, offering live coverage and access to various channels and streaming services.
