Customers may also receive recommendations for WiFi Pod or Hub upgrades if necessary, with the option to request an engineer at no extra charge for more serious issues. Gareth Lister, Director of Connectivity at Virgin Media O2, emphasized the importance of fast and reliable connectivity, stating that Smart Support enhances customer peace of mind.
