Claiming the top spot is SAP, a software engineering company offering senior-level account executives salaries ranging from £57,000 to £89,000. SAP received accolades for its flexible work hours, generous vacation time, cutting-edge technology, and emphasis on work-life balance.
Mastercard secured the second position, praised for its diverse workforce, attractive benefits, and a culture supporting flexible remote work. Managerial roles at Mastercard come with salaries between £65,000 and £80,000.
Google, ranking third, compensates software engineers with £70,000 to £100,000. Employees commended Google for its competitive pay, innovative technology, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career growth.
