“Virgin Media Launches £1/Day Netflix Bundle with High-Speed Broadband”

Virgin Media has kicked off an autumn promotion with the introduction of a bundle that combines Netflix with high-speed broadband for just £1 per day. Customers who opt for selected fibre broadband packages offering speeds up to 1,130Mbps will now receive a complimentary Netflix subscription, saving them £143.76 over the 24-month contract compared to the standalone monthly cost of £5.99.

The telecoms company has slashed prices on its fastest broadband plans to their most competitive rates ever, allowing customers to access speeds of 1,130Mbps for only £29.99 per month, equivalent to approximately £1 per day. However, the company has not specified the end date for these discounted deals.

In a bid to match EE’s recent offer, Virgin has reduced prices across its range of plans, starting as low as £23.99 for speeds of 132Mbps, albeit without including a Netflix subscription. Customers already subscribed to Netflix can avoid double-billing by pausing their existing subscription when signing up with Virgin using the same email address. Additionally, there is no setup fee for Virgin’s broadband service, which typically costs £35.

Virgin Media is also extending a free Netflix subscription with its broadband packages starting at £27.99 per month. The current sale includes several options such as the M125 Fibre Broadband at £23.99 per month, M350 Fibre Broadband at £25.99 per month, M500 + Netflix Fibre Broadband at £27.99 per month, and Gig1 + Netflix Fibre Broadband at £29.99 per month. Customers opting for the Gig1 + Netflix Fibre Broadband package will receive Virgin’s WiFi guarantee for free, ensuring a minimum speed of 30Mbps in every room or a £100 bill credit.

While Virgin’s deals offer attractive pricing and benefits, customers should be aware of annual price increases, with a £4 monthly rise scheduled every April starting in 2026. Despite this, Virgin’s offerings outshine competitors like Sky, whose 900Mbps Full Fibre Broadband package costs £40 per month.

For those considering alternatives, Hyperoptic is offering up to £300 to customers switching to its broadband service, although availability varies by location. Virgin has garnered numerous positive reviews on Trustpilot, with customers praising the company’s service quality and reliability.
