Apple has introduced the latest MacBook Neo, offering a more budget-friendly option for consumers at a starting price of £599. This makes it £500 cheaper than the M5-powered MacBook Air. Despite its lower cost, the MacBook Neo boasts a premium design with features like a sleek aluminium build, a vibrant 13-inch Liquid Retina display, a long-lasting 16-hour battery, and a comfortable keyboard ideal for daily use. Buyers can select from four colors: Silver, Citrus, Indigo, and Blush.
To maintain affordability, Apple has incorporated the A18 Pro chip into the Neo, typically found in their smartphones. Nevertheless, the laptop remains capable of handling tasks such as web browsing, video editing, photo retouching, and streaming content on the go.
Sky is offering a special deal for the MacBook Neo, allowing customers to own it for £12.50 per month on a 48-month contract, with an initial £24 payment. This brings the total cost to £624 over the contract period, slightly more than purchasing the laptop outright.
The £12.50 monthly rate applies to the 256GB model without a Touch ID feature. Opting for the 512GB version with Touch ID will cost £15 per month.
Apart from Sky, the MacBook Neo is also available at major retailers like Argos, Currys, and Amazon.
