Virgin Media users who already subscribe to Sky Entertainment channels will receive a bonus starting next month. Sky Atlantic will be added for free, allowing households to enjoy popular shows like “Heated Rivalry,” “Under Salt Marsh,” “The Last Of Us,” and “Amadeus” without any increase in their bills.
This update is specifically for Virgin TV 360 and Stream box customers and is scheduled to roll out on screens starting April 1. To access Sky Atlantic programming, customers simply need to tune in to channel 111 on the Virgin TV platform. Additionally, content will be available on-demand and through the Virgin TV Go service.
David Bouchier, Chief TV and Entertainment Officer at Virgin Media O2, emphasized the company’s commitment to providing exceptional entertainment value. He highlighted Sky Atlantic’s compelling dramas and stories from the UK and the US, mentioning that over a million Virgin TV customers can now enjoy Sky Atlantic at no extra cost.
In related news, Sky recently unveiled a new Ultimate TV plan offering a range of premium channels, including Disney+, Netflix, Hayu, and the upcoming HBO Max app. Priced at £24, this plan will be accessible on Sky Glass, Sky Stream, and Sky Q platforms.
