Katie Price has raised fresh worries among her followers by posting a picture that shows her appearing slimmer shortly after encountering a significant financial setback in court.
The 47-year-old reality TV personality shared a photo on Instagram wearing a pink crochet bralette, displaying her bronzed skin, long blonde hair, and a noticeably flat stomach with visible collarbones.
Accompanying the image, Katie wrote, “Having some fun on tour. Taking a well-deserved break until the next show on Monday.” Concerns have escalated regarding her rapid weight loss, causing the former glamour model to feel “terrified.”
Recently, in late September, Katie was seen with a large white bandage on her hand following a hospital visit where she underwent several blood tests to determine the reason for her unexplained weight loss.
On Snapchat, she informed her followers, “I’ve been at the doctor’s early this morning for blood tests. Due to my difficult veins, it took three attempts to draw blood. They only managed to fill two tubes, so I have to return in two weeks.” Additionally, she mentioned having stitches removed after a cooking-related injury and expressed her confusion over her ongoing weight loss.
The former I’m A Celebrity star, who has grappled with body image insecurities, recently disclosed her concerns that her health issues might be linked to a past cancer scare. Katie was diagnosed with a rare soft tissue cancer, leiomyosarcoma, in her finger while pregnant with her eldest son.
A close source revealed to OK! magazine that Katie is anxious about her health, fearing that a new lump may indicate another cancer diagnosis. Her desire to have another child is overshadowed by worries about her health status.
Despite her challenges, Katie continues her UK tour alongside her friend Kerry Katona. The worrying Instagram post coincides with her facing a substantial financial setback, with a court ruling that a significant portion of her monthly income from various ventures must go towards settling debts until 2027 due to her extravagant spending habits.
This ruling follows years of financial struggles for the former model, who has previously been declared bankrupt twice, first in 2019 and then again in 2024 due to an outstanding tax bill of £750,000.
Deputy Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Stephen Baister remarked, “The bankrupt’s spending appears to exceed her income, solely because of her lavish spending habits, which now need to be curtailed.”
