“Amazon Slashes Prices on Top Streaming Subscriptions Up to 60%”

Amazon is offering significant discounts on Apple TV, Paramount+, and MGM+ subscriptions, cutting prices by up to 60% to celebrate the launch of its latest Prime Day sale. The sale commenced on June 23, with subscriptions for various top streaming services now available starting at £2.99.

During this promotion, customers on Amazon can subscribe to Apple TV for a reduced price of £4.99 per month, down from the regular rate of £9.99. Subscribers who take advantage of this offer will enjoy the discounted rate for two months, after which the price will revert to £9.99 unless canceled.

Moreover, MGM+, the platform featuring “Project Hail Mary,” is now priced at £2.99 for two months, down from £5.99, while Paramount+ is available for £2.99 for one month instead of the usual £7.99. These discounted rates are valid until July 2 as part of Amazon’s Prime Day 2026 sale.

In addition to the streaming service deals, Amazon is also offering discounts on thousands of items exclusively for Prime members or those on a Prime 30-day free trial, running from June 23-26. Furthermore, Prime Video is providing free trials for Lionsgate+, Studiocanal Presents, and Crunchyroll.

It’s important to note that the reduced streaming subscription rates and free trials will automatically transition to standard paid subscriptions at the end of the promotional period. Subscribers should remember to cancel before the period ends to avoid being charged the standard fees.

Customers can subscribe to Apple TV through Prime Video for £4.99 per month for two months until July 2. Meanwhile, Sky is offering complimentary streaming subscriptions with its TV packages, including access to Netflix, HBO Max, and Disney+ for customers signing up for the £24 Ultimate TV bundle, which also includes around 135 channels, including Sky Atlantic.

Apple TV has released highly acclaimed titles this year, such as the comedy horror series “Widow’s Bay,” boasting a 98% Rotten Tomatoes score. Additionally, the sophomore season of “Sugar,” a neo-noir detective series starring Colin Farrell, has recently premiered.

MGM+ features hit new titles like “Project Hail Mary,” starring Ryan Gosling, alongside series like Outlander and the James Bond film collection. On Paramount+, viewers can enjoy the latest episodes of “The Agency,” a spy thriller featuring Michael Fassbender, as well as the new Yellowstone spin-off “Dutton Ranch,” all available for £2.99 on the Paramount+ platform.

For those seeking quality content, Amazon’s Prime Day sale presents a range of discounted streaming options and free trials, providing ample entertainment choices for subscribers.
