“Unidentified Bodies Found on Trinidad Beach After US Operation”

Several unidentified bodies with burn marks were discovered on a beach in Trinidad following a US operation targeting boats in the Caribbean as part of President Trump’s crackdown on ‘narcoterrorists’.

Villagers were shocked to find the bodies, one with a burned face and missing limbs as if it had suffered an explosion. Another body, found days later on a nearby beach, was unrecognizable with one leg blown off.

The incident has captivated Trinidad and Tobago, a country bordering Venezuela where the US targeted boats departing from the coast. President Trump authorized the strikes, alleging the boats were transporting drugs to the US.

Lincoln Baker, 63, an employee of Trinidad’s water and sewage company, expressed his belief to The New York Times that the deceased were casualties of war. Some relatives identified two victims as Chad Johnson and Rishi Samaroo but disputed allegations of their involvement in drug trafficking.

Despite multiple fatalities among individuals on boats from Colombia and Venezuela, the US has presented evidence linking them to drug cartels or narcotics smuggling. Concerns have been raised about the legality of the strikes, even within Trump’s own Republican Party.

Trump has pledged to disrupt the flow of drugs, including fentanyl, into the US, with many in his administration advocating for aggressive action against cartel members. While expressing intentions to remove Venezuela’s leader, Nicolás Maduro, the US raised fears of deploying B-1 bombers near Venezuela before the 10th strike on alleged drug traffickers.

President Trump assured that Congress would be informed about any land attacks but clarified that the US was not declaring war. He stated, “I don’t think we’re necessarily going to ask for a declaration of war. I think we’re just gonna kill people that are bringing drugs into our country. We’re going to kill them. They’re going to be, like, dead.”

In a dramatic video shared on social media, Trump claimed to have destroyed a “very large DRUG-CARRYING SUBMARINE” heading towards the US on a known drug trafficking route, resulting in the elimination of two “narcoterrorists.” The President asserted that US intelligence confirmed the vessel was mainly carrying fentanyl and other illegal substances. Survivors from the incident have been taken into custody, according to reports.

Colombian President Gustavo Petro responded to the event on Twitter, expressing relief that a survivor was in custody and would face legal proceedings.
