A British TikTok user, likened to a cheaper version of Andrew Tate, managed to evade legal consequences in Spain for a year following a car accident but now faces a substantial prison sentence.
The individual, identified as Harrison Sullivan, 24, has finally confessed to reckless driving and driving without insurance and is awaiting sentencing next month. Additional allegations have surfaced against Sullivan, also known as “HSTikkyTokky,” involving an altercation where he allegedly injured a man with a glass in a Spanish nightclub. If found guilty, his potential jail time could be prolonged.
Sullivan, a self-professed car enthusiast who previously admitted to holding racist, misogynistic, and homophobic views in an interview, voluntarily surrendered to authorities in England for the driving offenses. His sentencing is scheduled at Staines Magistrates Court on November 14.
Spanish law enforcement confirmed a new accusation related to an incident at a nightclub in Marbella where Sullivan, identified as a YouTuber and boxer, allegedly assaulted a man with a glass, causing severe neck injuries. The police tracked him down through social media analysis and an international arrest warrant issued by UK authorities.
Reports indicate that the victim required emergency surgery due to a tear in his jugular artery. Sullivan’s identification as the suspect was based on social media scrutiny, police databases, and CCTV footage showing him driving in Marbella. He was extradited on October 10, appearing in court in Spain wearing a gray outfit and only speaking to confirm his identity.
If convicted in connection with the nightclub incident, Sullivan, a resident of Brentwood, Essex, is expected to face an extended prison term next month. Currently, he has admitted to dangerous driving and driving without insurance over a year after the Virginia Water crash, where images online display a wrecked McLaren supercar on a rural road.
Sullivan frequently shares content on social media, showcasing himself alongside luxury vehicles and posing as a financial expert offering advice to his followers on achieving their dreams.
Despite his online persona, journalist Louis Theroux recently exposed Sullivan’s toxic masculinity in a documentary, confronting him on his misogynistic behavior with little response from Sullivan.
